This Return Policy governs the terms and conditions under which services are provided to users of Bidman. By using this website, you agreed to accept return policy written in here. You must not use this website if you disagree with any of these terms:

• Bidman operates on a subscription-based model. Upon registration, users are provided with a 5-day free trial period, during which no payment details are required. After the trial period, users may choose to subscribe to our services.
• Once a user decides to subscribe, payment will be required in advance for the selected subscription.
• All subscription fees are non-refundable. Once a payment has been processed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
• All AI bids payments are non-refundable.
• In the event that Bidman's services are not functioning or are not performing as expected, resulting in downtime or service failure, Bidman will extend the user's subscription period for any days that were wasted due to the service not being operational. The extension will correspond to the number of days the user was unable to access or use the services, and no charges will be made for the extended period.
